In order to guarantee the best quality and speed of your orders, if the item is in stock it will be sent within 24 hours after payment. If it is a personalized order, it will take up to 2 weeks for production and shipping.

Payment methods
Carolina Borlido Atelier, for online purchases, accepts payments via Visa, Applepay, Mbway and bank transfer.

To ensure a safe purchase, after placing your order, you must send an email with proof of payment and the respective order details.
Collection and Shipping
Our products can be picked up by hand in our workshop, located inPóvoa da Galega.

Shipments are made through CTT, by registered mail, so that you can track your order.
The shipping cost is €5.80
Exchanges and Returns
Our products can be exchanged under the following conditions:
Be intact, with their respective labels.
We exchange it for the same model with the respective colors, and can only exchange it for another size.
